## Support

For help with scanning, cleanup suggestions, or the desktop widget, email us with your Lunoom version (Lunoom → About Lunoom), your macOS version, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help.

If Lunoom crashed, open Lunoom and choose Review Crash Report from the Help menu. You can read and edit the report before you send it.

## Licenses and purchases

- Lost your license code? Use “Lost your license code?” in the [purchase section](https://lunoom.com/#download) to have it emailed to your purchase address.
- Replacing your Mac? Each license works on one Mac. Email us from your purchase address and we will move your license after verifying the purchase.
- Payment questions? Include the email address you used at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see your card number.
